We are pleased to announce that the AWS Columbus User Group is now using Ssesionize to manage the submission and scheduling of future meetups!
Our previous form utilized Google Forms to populate a spreadsheet. The method worked for us, but as time has passed, it was unable to coordinate the information we needed for organizing meetups, speaker information, and provide a consistent speaker feedback loop.
Sessionize will allow us to manage all speaker submissions in a central interface. Speakers will have the opportunity to make revisions based on feedback and upload images and attachments. We now have access to session survey tools and resources as well to help speakers through the entire process including post meetup.
